Offering our high-quality cues at a very affordable prices is a marketing strategy we implemented to penetrate the US market. We want to help pool players get great products in their hands without breaking the bank! We are happy with a smaller profit margin. It’s OK.

Orders in North America are processed by our distribution center in Jacksonville, Florida. Normally, your order will be delivered to your doorstep within 4-5 days.
International orders are processed by our international distribution center. Normally, your order will be delivered to your doorstep within 8-9 days.
Once it leaves us, it’s up to UPS, DHL, FedEx, and the couriers we use to deliver as quickly as possible. We recommend that you check the tracking number that you receive shortly after placing your order for updates.
Once you have checked out your order, you should receive an e-mail from PayPal or the payment processor you chose, followed by an e-mail from us acknowledging your order.
We aim to process and dispatch all orders on the same day (Mon-Sat). Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order, along with an accompanying invoice receipt and tracking number.
- For North American orders, the tracking number is normally provided within 24 hours.
- For international orders, the tracking number is normally provided within 48 hours.
In the unlikely case of a delay, you will be notified through your order ticket.
The shipping cost may vary. Most often it will be around $40. The shipping cost will be displayed on the website during your ordering procedure.
We have a 1-year warranty of normal use on the cues priced under $500 and 2 years on the rest. There is a 5 year warranty on the leather cue cases and 1 year on the other models. Naturally, we provide a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. Any initial manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 days after receiving and inspecting the product. All other defects must be reported as soon as they are discovered. North American customers will return the product to our North American distribution center, International customers will return the product to our International distribution center.
We accept PayPal or VISA. If you don’t have PayPal, you can use their normal VISA option. No need to create an account. If you are paying by card, please follow these steps: 1) Go to check out, click the PayPal button. 2) Select “pay by card”.
A lot of our cues have a video review on it’s product page. We encourage you to watch them and see what other are saying about the cue(s)! You can also search for “JFlowers cue review” on YouTube for a lot of unbiased reviews from non-affiliated Youtubers.
They are 100% carbon fiber throughout. They are manufactured by using high-quality carbon fiber and materials. The manufacturing method behind the great feel, sound and playability is a trade secret! (Sorry. Not really.)
Yes, we offer a low deflection wooden shaft. You can choose between that or the carbon fiber shaft during your order process. The prices remains the same. If you want both the carbon fiber and wooden shaft, contact us and we will facilitate it for you.
Yes, you can customize the weight when you order your cue. The standard weight is 19 oz, but you can choose a 19.5 if desired.
Currently you can not customize the pin option other than the ones listed on the product pages. The default tip is a Moori medium multilayered tip. You can chose between the pro-tapered carbon fiber shaft and low deflection wooden shaft.

We have good measurement in place to ensure that your product is manufactured, handled and shipped with the best possible protection.
