    We ship worldwide.

    Orders in North America are processed by our distribution center in Jacksonville, Florida. Normally, your order will be delivered to your doorstep within 4-5 days.

    International orders are processed by our international distribution center. Normally, your order will be delivered to your doorstep within 8-9 days.

    Once it leaves us, it’s up to UPS, DHL, FedEx, and the couriers we use to deliver as quickly as possible. We recommend that you check the tracking number that you receive shortly after placing your order for updates.

    Once you have checked out your order, you should receive an e-mail from PayPal or the payment processor you chose, followed by an e-mail from us acknowledging your order.

    We aim to process and dispatch all orders on the same day (Mon-Sat). Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order, along with an accompanying invoice receipt and tracking number.

    • For North American orders, the tracking number is normally provided within 24 hours. 
    • For international orders, the tracking number is normally provided within 48 hours.

    IN WHICH CURRENCY ARE YOUR PRICES?

    Our prices are listed in USD.

    WARRANTY & RETURNS

    We have a 1-year warranty of normal use on the cues priced under $500 and 2 years on the rest. There is a 5 year warranty on the leather cue cases and 1 year on the other models. Naturally, we provide a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. Any initial manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 days after receiving and inspecting the product. All other defects must be reported as soon as they are discovered. North American customers will return the product to our North American distribution center, International customers will return the product to our International distribution center.

    INTERNATIONAL RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES
    For JFlowers products, international shipping charges range from approximately $30 to $80 per product. Customers outside the United States are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. If you plan to return your cue to the U.S., we recommend contacting us beforehand. If you have any inquiries regarding repairs or uncertainties about whether the needed repair is covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty, please reach out to us, and we will gladly assist you. 

    RETURN SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
    Ensure that you send us your cue or shaft in its original packaging, which includes the soft bag and/or sock. Package the item in either its original shipping box, a tube, or a triangular box that adheres to UPS/USPS guidelines to prevent any damages. Avoid using flat square boxes, as they may result in further damage due to improper handling.

    REPAIR AND WARRANTY RETURNS
    Your JFlowers product is warranted for life against any manufacturer defect that does not include warpage, abuse, or normal wear on replaceable items such as the tip, ferrule, finish, wrap, and bumper. JFlowers will decide, solely at its discretion, which repairs will be made under the Limited Lifetime Warranty.

    Before returning a product, please contact customer service and send us some pictures of the product using our contact form so we can attempt to evaluate the issue. If you provide us with an email address, we will notify you upon receipt of your returned product and provide a return date (valid warranty claims) or provide an estimate of repair charges and completion time (non-warranty claims).

    A lot of our cues have a video review on it’s product page. We encourage you to watch them and see what other are saying about the cue(s)!     CUSTOMS AND DUTY FEES

    Import taxes and duties differ across countries and may be obligatory based on your country of residence (USA IS NOT AFFECTED). Please note that these charges are not included in the total amount of your order and are solely your responsibility to settle. Normally, this is not an issue with our orders. However, we are committed to providing our utmost assistance to facilitate the process for you should this issue appear. 

    ABOUT OUR CARBON FIBER SHAFTS

    They are 100% carbon fiber throughout. They are manufactured by using high-quality carbon fiber and materials. The manufacturing method behind the great feel, lowest deflection on the market, sound and playability is a trade secret! (Sorry. Not really.)

    DO YOU OFFER A LOW DEFLECTION WOODEN SHAFT?

    Currently, we are developing a next generation wooden shaft which will, just like the S.M.O. carbon fiber shaft, revolutionize the shaft space. We expect this to be released sometime during the second quarter of 2024.

    CAN I SELECT THE WEIGHT OF THE CUE?

    Yes, you can customize the weight when you order your cue. The standard weight is 19 oz, but you can choose a 19.5 if desired.

    TIP, PIN AND SHAFT OPTIONS

    The pin types listed on the product pages are the ones we offer. The default tip is a Moori medium multilayered tip, but you can chose from a multiple of other high-end brands. You also chose which shaft type you want on the product pages.

    COVID-19 MEASUREMENTS

    We have good measurement in place to ensure that your product is manufactured, handled and shipped with the best possible protection.

    HOW SECURE IS MY DATA?

    Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.
