Offering our high-quality cues at a very affordable prices is a marketing strategy we implemented to penetrate the US market. We want to help pool players get great products in their hands without breaking the bank! We are happy with a smaller profit margin. It’s OK.
They are 100% carbon fiber throughout. They are manufactured by using high-quality carbon fiber and materials. The manufacturing method behind the great feel, sound and playability is a trade secret! (Sorry. Not really.)
Currently you can not customize the pin option other than the ones listed on the product pages. The default tip is a Moori medium multilayered tip. You can chose between the carbon fiber shaft and low deflection wooden shaft.
Yes, you can customize the weight when you order your cue. The standard weight is 19 oz, but you can choose between 18 to 21 oz, with 0.5 increments.
Yes, we offer a low deflection wooden shaft. You can choose between that or the carbon fiber shaft during your order. The prices remains the same. If you want both the carbon fiber and wooden shaft, contact us and we will facilitate it for you.

We use PayPal as our standard payment solution. You do not need a PayPal account to pay. PayPal offer a payment option with a regular debit/credit card as well. If you are paying by card, please follow these steps: 1) Go to check out, click the PayPal button. 2) Select “pay by card”

We ship worldwide. Shipping time during the pandemic is somewhat unstable, but 90% of our orders arrives on your door step inside 5 days and the rest within 8-10 days.
Once it leaves us, it’s up to UPS, DHL, FedEx and the couriers we use to deliver as quick as possible. We recommend that you check the tracking number that you receive shortly after placing your order for updates.
Once you have checked out your order, you should receive an e-mail from PayPal confirming your payment, followed by an e-mail from us acknowledging your order.
We aim to process and dispatch all orders the same day (Mon-Sat). Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order, along with an accompanying invoice and tracking number.
The shipping cost will vary from country to country. Most often it will be around $0-$40. The shipping cost will be displayed during your ordering procedure.
We have a 1-year warranty of normal use on the cues in the “Aspiring”-series, 2 years on the “Intermediate”-series and 3 years on the “Pro”-series. There is a 5 year warranty on the leather cue cases, and 1 year on the soft cases. Naturally, we provide a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. Any manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 days after receiving the product.
We have good measurement in place to ensure that your product is manufactured, handled and shipped with the best possible protection.
