While this CEO Personal Assistant position is primarily a remote role, there may be some occasional travel involved (1-2 times per year). However, rest assured that any travel required will be planned well in advance and in conjunction with the PA, ensuring that it does not interfere with their other responsibilities. The travel may include attending meetings, and events, or accompanying the CEO on business trips.

We are seeking a highly organized and creative individual to serve as the Personal Assistant to our CEO. This is a remote position with a home office, so the ideal candidate must be able to work independently and manage their own workload effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage CEO’s schedule, and prioritize appointments, meetings, and ad-hoc tasks
• Organize and maintain confidential files and records
• Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
• Make independent decisions and take action on behalf of the CEO when necessary
• Exercise discretion and judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information
• Anticipate the CEO’s needs and provide proactive support
• Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, sponsored players and vendors
• Take on ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed to support the CEO and the organization
