This is just a perfect cue. Quality of production is top notch. Looks beautiful. Shipping to Bosnia and Herzegovina was very fast (5 days). It is well balanced cue and plays excellent. Very precise, comfortable and low deflection. I was very surprised with the classic shaft that came with the cue. I had low expectations, but it exceeded my expectations by a mile. Also, Taom Fusion tip is perfect combo with this shaft and it feels terrific. Trust me, there is no cue with better price/quality ratio. Thank you JFlowers.
I’m a satisfied customer! It took almost a month or so to get used to my JF10-11 cue. This was my first time switching to carbon fiber and switching to the smaller 11.8 diameter as opposed to standard 12.5. Also, I further customized it with the Kamui clear soft tip and 19.5 weight.
I waited to write my review to be able to give an accurate and honest review. I’ve now noticed there are other cheaper knock off brands trying to permeate the market on amazon. There’s only one JFLOWERS, their brand is trustworthy and quality is similar to expensive brands like cuetec/predator. For a much more affordable price..

I play APA league and use my cue quite often 3/4 times a week at least whether it’s league play or practice. I started recommending my cue to friends and it gets a lot of exposure. Everyone seems to like it when they try it and visually it’s appealing also. This is a very smooth cue!

I’ve been using the Cuetec Cynergy for years and finally decided it was time to try another cue. I was very happy with that shaft, but I never really cared for the butt, and it just felt as tho something was missing in terms of natural feel and comfort. I ordered this Jf 20-20 with the 11.8 SMO carbon fiber shaft and I knew from the first night of using it that it’s the cue I’ve been waiting for. I was playing one of the best players in Pennsylvania, and I lost like 11 straight games to him, but it felt so much better in my hands than any cue I’ve previously owned or used. It took a little while to get used to the switch to a smaller tip, but after shooting with it for about 3 months now, I finally feel as tho I’ve made the adjustments to compensate for cueing with a smaller tip. My previous cue was wrapless, and I thought that I preferred that, but the leather wrap on this cue is the most comfortable and natural feeling grip I’ve ever used. It extends to the end of the butt which makes grip adjustments for various shots much easier and more comfortable. I know I’ve been using that word alot, comfortable, but in my opinion, it’s the best word to describe this cue. As for appearance, I’ve never wanted an elaborate or flashy looking cue, which is why I was drawn to this specific butt, so I’ve been pleasantly surprised at how many compliments I’ve received from other shooters when they’ve seen it and asked me about it.
This is the first product I’ve ever purchased or owned from JFlowers, and since then, I’ve also picked up their Tactical cue case, which is also a premium piece of equipment that I can’t say enough good things about. I’m sold, and will now be transitioning to using mostly their products from now on. I’d been planning on buying a new cue for a long time, my only regret is that I didn’t commit and purchase this cue sooner.
Lastly, Sydney and their support team have been very helpful with any and all questions I’ve asked. I can be a bit picky and like to know as much as possible about an item before I make a purchase, and they’ve been very helpful and supportive with everything and always responded in a timely manner.
