Eligibility: To be eligible for participation in the JFlowers Cues & Cases Referral Program, you must be at least 18 years old and agree to these TOS. Referral partners must apply and be approved by JFlowers Cues & Cases.

Program Details: When you refer someone to JFlowers Cues & Cases and they make a purchase using your referral link, you will receive a commission based on the purchase amount. The cookie duration for referrals is 45 days. This means that if someone you refer makes a purchase within 45 days of clicking on your referral link, you will receive the credit if you were the first person in the referral program to refer him to our website.

Grace Period: In the event of a chargeback or cancellation, JFlowers Cues & Cases offers a 21-day grace period. If the purchase is canceled or refunded within 21 days of the original purchase, the commission will not be paid out.

Compliance: All referral partners must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guidelines. You agree not to use any deceptive or misleading marketing tactics to promote JFlowers Cues & Cases.

Termination: JFlowers Cues & Cases reserves the right to terminate the participation of any referral partner at any time for any reason.

Liability: JFlowers Cues & Cases is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from participation in the referral program, including but not limited to lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Miscellaneous: These TOS constitute the entire agreement between JFlowers Cues & Cases and you with respect to the referral program. These TOS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or related to the referral program or these TOS shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco, California.

Commission Issuance: Commission earned through the JFlowers Cues & Cases Referral Program will be issued as a store credit exclusively at www.jflowerscues.com. Referral partners will not receive any cash payments or other forms of compensation for commissions earned through the referral program. The store credit can be used towards the purchase of any product available on www.jflowerscues.com. The commission will be issued to the referral partner’s account after the 21-day grace period has passed and the purchase is deemed valid by JFlowers Cues & Cases.

By participating in the JFlowers Cues & Cases Referral Program, you acknowledge and agree that any commission earned will be issued as a store credit exclusively at www.jflowerscues.com.
