Return and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
We have a 1-year warranty of normal use on the cues priced under $500 and 2 years on the rest. There is a 5 year warranty on the leather cue cases and 1 year on the other models. Naturally, we provide a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. Any initial manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 days after receiving and inspecting the product. All other defects must be reported as soon as they are discovered. North American customers will return the product to our North American distribution center, International customers will return the product to our International distribution center.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES
For JFlowers products, international shipping charges range from approximately $30 to $80 per product. Customers outside the United States are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. If you plan to return your cue to the U.S., we recommend contacting us beforehand. If you have any inquiries regarding repairs or uncertainties about whether the needed repair is covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty, please reach out to us, and we will gladly assist you.
RETURN SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
Ensure that you send us your cue or shaft in its original packaging, which includes the soft bag and/or sock. Package the item in either its original shipping box, a tube, or a triangular box that adheres to UPS/USPS guidelines to prevent any damages. Avoid using flat square boxes, as they may result in further damage due to improper handling.
REPAIR AND WARRANTY RETURNS
Your JFlowers product is warranted for life against any manufacturer defect that does not include warpage, abuse, or normal wear on replaceable items such as the tip, ferrule, finish, wrap, and bumper. JFlowers will decide, solely at its discretion, which repairs will be made under the Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Before returning a product, please contact customer service and send us some pictures of the product using our contact form so we can attempt to evaluate the issue. If you provide us with an email address, we will notify you upon receipt of your returned product and provide a return date (valid warranty claims) or provide an estimate of repair charges and completion time (non-warranty claims).

Your Order Cancellation Rights
The deadline for canceling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse You no later than 7 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. The reimbursement will only be given for manufacturer defects.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging and state
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.
Please immediately inspect your new equipment when you get it.
If there is a problem, please contact us so we can quickly resolve it for you. We only offer a return and refund for goods damaged before you received it.
We kindly ask that you inspect the product within 7 days after receiving it.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Receiving Goods
We cannot be held responsible for Goods that go missing or are stolen AFTER the delivery service has confirmed drop off of the Goods. Tracking is always provided, with an estimated delivery date. We recommend you choose a shipping address where someone is readily avaiable to receive the Goods in person, rather than have the Goods left out in the open and susceptible to theft.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
