About the JFlowers 20-21
Built for players who want both texture and precision, the 20-21 features a triple-stack wrap—three distinct wrap segments in the grip area—for confident traction and a unique, custom-cue vibe. The butt is a painted-black maple for a clean, modern base, while red burl wood maple shows up in the joint collar, butt cap, and ringwork for a warm, high-contrast pop. That same burl wood is also used as inlays alongside Abalone and then accented by Ivory Juma , tying the whole design together. Two Abalone inlaid rings frame the handle—one at the top and one at the bottom of the grip.
Under the hood, performance takes over: a 3/8″-8 radial pin creates a connected feel, the carbon fiber shaft keeps deflection low, and the XTC ferrule delivers crisp, readable feedback. It ships with a Moori tip so you’re match-ready right away.

This review is as much about superb customer service by Sarah and Jace as it is about the cue.
I waited months for this cue to be back in stock. Almost gave up. But I kept writing and calling. I know the tariff situation, along with some growth pains at JFLowers, were causing delays. Just 3 days ago, it happened to be on my birthday, I wrote again to Sarah in customer support. I had heard there was a limited quantity in stock, but the website did not show it. She said she would help me to get the order placed manually, since they were having system issues. She hooked me up with Jace, an Account Manager who specializes in “making things happen”. We worked through the chat box on the details. Along the way he was extremely supportive and patient. He made sure I received a special promotion discount that I did not even ask for. Jace walked me through getting the order placed using the regular website. (He made one cue available that I had to act quickly on) Once it was ordered, he made sure that it was handled right away by shipping. Result – I actually received my cue, my extension and SMO shaft in 2 days!
The cue. I knew I would love the cue. But when I received it, I was even more impressed than I thought. The packaging is top shelf. Especially, the slim little case for the SMO shaft. Looks like something from a Paul Newman movie. The cue is absolutely gorgeous to look at. The red stains and the inlays just radiate. I immediately chalked it up and tested it with the SMO shaft I ordered with it. From the first stroke I was hooked. Felt smooth and balanced in my hands. The SMO shoots as straight as you could ever want, even with english applied. I already have the Loaded break cue and this is the perfect compliment. Side by side they look amazing.

Love this cue! I received it as a Christmas present last Christmas. It’s beautiful, and plays great with the SMO shaft I already had with my Calcutta 4 cue I had previously purchased from Flowers. These cues look and play Great! I’m really happy with JFlowers products and customer service. I will be doing more business with them in the future I’m sure.

Amazing feeling on the grip, so elegant
The cue is beautiful first off. When the stick came in and I put it together it was a different feel for me. If I understand correctly this is a forward weighted cue with feels and hits a little differently. This is not a bad thing but it will take some getting use to. I have screwed the weight in the butt out a bit which leveled the cue out for me. The cue hits as good as you can. You can not bet the price of this cue. You get inlays with leather wrap and a low deflection carbon fiber shaft.
